The recently promulgated law states that a reduced value-added tax (VAT) rate of 5% will be applied to deliveries of sawdust, wood pellets, and wood briquettes, as well as the delivery and installation of photovoltaic panels, solar thermal panels, heat pumps, and other high-efficiency, low-emission heating systems [1]. The law aims to ensure that wood in various forms can be delivered under the same conditions as firewood to individuals/legal entities or other entities, including schools, hospitals, medical dispensaries, and social assistance units
