From July 1, 2023, entities that are members of VAT groups are required to keep electronic records of the supply of goods and services to another member of the same VAT group. The records should be sent to the tax office for monthly periods. The JPK_GV file for July 2023 must be submitted by August 25, the Ministry of Finance informs.
