It appears that dishonesty is the new trend among some of Goa’s businesses, which is exposing loopholes in the goods and service tax system and causing loss of revenue to the state.The office of the commissioner of state GST has disclosed that unscrupulous traders with bogus GST numbers are defrauding the public exchequer, and that their number has been on the rise in Goa.
