The Spanish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation has published the draft of the technical regulation that will extend the obligation to issue electronic invoices to 100% of Spanish companies, including SMEs and the self-employed.
The deadline for companies and service providers to submit their comments and suggestions regarding the mandatory electronic invoicing project in Spain is July 10, 2023.
