The Ministry of Finance has issued Notification No. 17/2023–Central Tax dated 27th June 2023, extending the due date for filing the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of May 2023 until 30th June 2023 for registered persons whose principal place of business is located in the districts of Kutch, Jamnagar, Morbi, Patan, and Banaskantha in the state of Gujarat. The notification came into force on the 20th day of June 2023.
