- Poland’s National e-Invoice System (KSeF) project was adopted by the government on May 9, 2023.
- The draft Act on the National e-Invoice System was listed on May 19, 2023, and the mandatory use of e-invoices for B2B supplies is postponed from January 1, 2024, to July 1, 2024.
- The draft regulation includes changes such as allowing cash register invoices until December 31, 2024, and excluding B2C invoices, tickets considered as invoices, and OSS and IOSS procedures from KSeF.
- The draft also provides for electronic handling of binding information. Sanctions will be liberalized and applied only from January 1, 2025.
