- Starting from January 1, 2023, VAT will not be charged on the purchase or installation of solar panels near homes.
- The Decree on VAT levy and application KOR has been updated to explain this zero rate.
- The decree also extends the scope of application of the annual flat rate for VAT to higher generating capacities and to entrepreneurs other than private solar panel holders and legal entities.
- The decision will be effective from June 27, 2023, and will be retroactive to January 1, 2023.
