- Polish companies will be required to issue e-invoices and send them to the government’s KSeF platform before the recipient receives the invoice from July 1, 2024.
- The KSeF Act has been amended to clarify procedures in the event of a system failure, and the law has been sent to the Senate for further processing.
- The main objectives of the KSeF Act remain unchanged, including the extension of deadlines for implementation and liberalization of penalties from January 1, 2025.
- B2C transactions and certain types of invoices are excluded from the KSeF.
