Milwaukee may be looking at a brighter financial future with the potential for a new local sales tax, but city leaders have serious concerns about a bevy of other non-fiscal policies contained in the legislation that passed the state Legislature last week.The 2% city sales tax would help Milwaukee avoid deep cuts to services in 2025.
