Companies filing CIT returns for 2022 may have a lot of trouble settling donations to help Ukraine. The tax office is already “removing” cash donations and support for entities not on the list of eligible entities from tax deductible costs. In VAT, it’s the other way around – cash donations are neutral, and in the case of in-kind donations, everything depends on who they went to.
