In May 2023, the government of British Columbia (“B.C.”) in Canada issued a Provincial Sales Tax (“PST”) notice titled Notice 2023-004 (the “Notice”), which becomes effective on July 1, 2023.
The Notice was issued to explain certain amendments (the “Amendments”) that were introduced by the B.C. Budget 2023, with regards to the online marketplace framework.
