At the proposal of the Minister of Finance, the FPS Finance will grant facilities to VAT payers during the 2023 summer holidays. It concerns a relaxation of the deadlines for submitting their declarations and for submitting their intra-Community declarations.
This measure does not apply to the submission of declarations and payments in the context of ‘One Stop Shop’ (OSS). European regulations do not allow this.
