Almost half of the complaints in the Supreme Administrative Court resolved within a year

In 2022, the largest number of cassation complaints concerned taxes. As much as 76 percent cassation complaints were examined by the Supreme Administrative Court at a closed session. According to the report of the Supreme Administrative Court for 2022, 1,329 legal advisers, 822 advocates and 538 tax advisers appeared in proceedings before the Supreme Administrative Court.
