Based on the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union in case C-231/19, Blackrock, the Danish Tax Agency changes Danish practice regarding the exemption for management of investment funds.
The change in practice means that the previous partial VAT exemption for management services, which can be partly attributed to investment association activities and partly to other purposes, is cancelled.
