Plaintiff is a limited partnership that acts as an investment fund by making private equity investments. In the opinion of the court, plaintiff does not qualify as an entrepreneur for VAT purposes, and she is not entitled to deduct input tax. There is no abuse of procedural law. Plaintiff’s claim of trustworthiness fails.
