A few days ago, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the “Notice on the Relevant Requirements for the Formulation of the List of Integrated Circuit Enterprises Enjoying the Value-Added Tax Plus Deduction Policy in 2023 (Draft for Comment)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Draft for Comment”), which is now open for public consultation. Opinions and feedback are due on June 27.
