For services provided to another taxpayer, the service provider is obliged to issue an invoice no later than on the 15th day of the following month. The situation becomes more complicated in the case of the provision of advertising services and the validation period associated with it. This is confirmed by the recent interpretation of the director of the National Revenue Administration.
