In the years 2004-2022, the Court of Justice of the EU issued 72 rulings in Polish tax cases, of which 52 were favorable. This means more than two-thirds of cases won by taxpayers, according to the report “Polish Tax Cases before the CJEU: decisions, attorneys and law firms”, prepared by the Editorial Office of Electronic Publications LEX.
