Amendment to Schedule II annexed to the Value Added Tax Code
Item 2.3 of Schedule II annexed to the Value Added Tax Code is amended to read as follows:
“2.3 – Coloured and marked gas oil marketed under the conditions and for the purposes legally defined, and fuel oil and respective mixtures”.
