From 16 May, the certificate code TARIC (Y864) indicating that the proof of origin held by the operator does not relate to a place not eligible for preferential treatment under the Association Agreement EU -Israel, must be declared in box 44 of the import SAD when the operator applies for the tariff preferences provided for in the Association Agreement EU -Israel or when applying for a preferential tariff quota provided for in the same Association Agreement.
