The KSeF adopted by the Council of Ministers aims to accelerate the digitization of the public sector.
The project will significantly facilitate entrepreneurs to run a business.
Polish entrepreneurs have been able to voluntarily issue e-invoices through KSeF for over a year.
The e-invoicing obligation will come into force on July 1, 2024.
