The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) proposed amendments to the VAT Implementing Regulations. The proposed amendments seek to raise the reliability of opinions and rulings issued by ZATCA, and improve the standards of compliance of ZATCA and the taxpayers.
