The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) ‘Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority’ issued Draft Regulations on Tax and Customs aspects of Special Economic Zones (SEZs) (Draft Regulations).
The aim of these Draft Regulations is to regulate matters relating to tax and customs affairs, exemptions, and incentives in the SEZs.
