In the 2nd Phase of e-Invoicing implementation, the 4th Wave criterion has been announced by ZATCA. According to this announcement, all taxpayers with a revenue of 150 million Saudi Riyals subject to VAT exceeds for the years 2021-2022 will be under the obligation to issue e-Invoices. Therefore, taxpayers described in Stage 4 must be integrated into the FATOORA Platform as of November 1, 2023.
