The Kaohsiung National Taxation Bureau of the Ministry of Finance stated that in order to provide the public with more channels for tax consultation, the Ministry of Finance has established a smart customer service system “National Tax Helper” to provide 24-hour online tax consultation services.
The bureau explained that the public can click on the “National Tax Helper” icon to enter the national tax smart customer service through the taxation portal of the Ministry of Finance and the websites of the national taxation bureaus of various regions. Through online consultation, they can get the answers they need in real time. Online consulting services such as profit-seeking enterprise income tax, business tax, inheritance tax, gift tax, commodity tax, tobacco and alcohol tax, securities transaction tax, futures transaction tax, tax collection law, and taxpayer rights protection law.
