The European Commission approved an implementing regulation on April 13, which sets criteria for assessing whether a non-EU country’s national laws align with the requirements of EU Directive 2011/16/EU’s Annex V on administrative cooperation in taxation, as amended by EU Directive 2021/514 (DAC7).
