Recently, the Government has agreed and assigned the Ministry of Finance to prepare to submit to the National Assembly for approval at the latest session a proposal to reduce VAT to 8% by the end of this year.
Is the reduction of VAT at this time really appropriate and in addition to reducing VAT, what more solutions do stakeholders need to have to support businesses, people and the whole economy?
