The Cyprus Tax Department (CTD) released a new announcement granting an additional deadline extension for the submission of the VAT return and the payment of the relevant VAT due for the VAT quarter ended 28 February 2023.
VAT returns and payment of VAT due
The amended deadlines for the submission of the VAT return as well as for the payment of VAT due for:
1. Period December 2022 – February 2023
Deadline will be extended to 10 May 2023 (originally 10 April 2023); and
2. Period January 2023 – March 2023
Deadline will be extended to 26 May 2023 (originally 10 May 2023).
