ANAF, the National Agency for Fiscal Administration, has recently announced changes to the way taxpayers can submit requests to tax authorities. As of the second half of Q1 2023, legal entities, associations, and other entities without legal personality, as well as individuals who carry out a liberal profession or exercise an economic activity independently, must submit their requests through the Contact Form within the Virtual Private Space service.
