The law of March 12, 2023 amends the VAT Code, the Code of amicable and enforced recovery of tax and non-tax debts, the law of April 13, 2019 introducing that Code and the law of January 26, 2021 on the dematerialization of the relations between the FPS Finance, citizens, legal entities and certain third parties.
