On 12 April 2023, a joint decision by the Ministers of Finance, Development and Investments, Digital Governance and Transport was published (Decision no. 52445/2023) which outlined the timeline for the roll-out of the B2G invoicing mandate for economic operators in all the government sector (with some exceptions such as contracts for national security).
