In 2022, 970 cases were brought before the tax chamber of the Supreme Court. The outflow was 1,135 cases, of which 363 were withdrawn and settled by the registrar (32%) and 161 were declared inadmissible (14%). As a result, the backlog fell to just under 800 cases, which corresponds to approximately three-quarters of a year of production by the tax office. The average lead time decreased to 274 days.
