For background, Kingston Maurward College (the College) provides education and/or vocational training to students of a range of ages in a variety of full time and part time courses including agriculture, equine studies and other “rural” or “land based” studies, business studies, “military preparation” and sport and leisure. A minority of students pay fees. For the majority of students, KMC receives funding grants from the Education Funding Agency (“EFA”) and the Skills Funding Agency (“SFA”).
