Act No. 54921-12/2023/1, which requests Slovenia’s support for suggested revisions to the EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC, was approved by the Slovenian Parliament on March 3. These changes are intended to fight VAT fraud and modernize tax laws for the digital age.
