E-invoicing will be compulsory for all state and public administration bodies and entrepreneurs in Slovakia. This obligation will be implemented progressively in four phases by the Slovakian Tax Authority. All of these processes are introduced in IS-EFA(Slovakian Electronic Invoice Information System). In the first phase, e-Invoicing will become compulsory for all B2G transactions from April 2023. The timeline for other types of transactions have not announced yet but it is expected that the tax administration will publish the dates soon.
