In a recent ruling by the Court of Appeal of Arnhem-Leeuwarden on the rental of parking space, it was decided that the rental of garage boxes qualifies as the taxable rental of parking space. The Supreme Court [1] set the tone a few years ago and has been asked [2] to do so again.
