On 15 March, a new version of the draft act amending the Act on tax on goods and services and certain other acts concerning the mandatory application of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) was published on the website of the Government Legislation Centre. The latest draft is from February 22, 2023 and differs from the previous one, published in early December 2022. The proposed transformations of the project result, m.in from the comments made by taxpayers during public consultations.
