The Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) said the total number of individuals and businesses that registered for value-added tax (VAT) reached 26,540.
ZATCA is committed to applying VAT provisions, including penalties on violations, Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper reported.
