Determining the industries for which VAT warehouses may prove to be an interesting solution – this is the goal of consultations initiated by the Ministry of Finance on the concept of implementing the institution of VAT warehouses into the Polish legal order. Opinions and comments, together with justification, can be submitted to the Ministry by April 3, 2023.
