President Andrzej Duda signed an amendment to the Administrative Enforcement Act. The changes are intended to streamline activities related to the initiation and conduct of administrative enforcement and to increase its effectiveness. It’s about, among others changes regarding VAT settlements on foreign transactions and taxpayers who do not pay taxes.
