– Allow a representative sample of the actors of the reform (future PDPs, software publishers, companies) to test all the features made available by the public billing portal, but also the connections and workflows between PDPs and their customers
– Adapt the system by taking into account questions/suggestions/difficulties from technical perspective but also any changes after identifying best practices.
