We would like to inform you about the publication of the working logical structure of JPK_GV(1)
- From July 1, 2023, a new logical structure of JPK_GV(1) will come into force
- We are publishing a working version of the JPK_GV(1) logical structure to enable the IT systems to be adapted to the introduced changes.
The logical structure of JPK_GV(1) was developed on the basis of the draft regulation of the Minister of Finance on the records kept by members of the VAT group (details on the RCL website ).
The working version of the structure was subject to tax consultations. We make it available on the Taxpay.gov.pl website .
