.. on 24 January 2023, it is certified that the VAT applicable to bread made with soy flour is reduced to 4%, and not to 10% as established by the AF. It is the consequence of an appeal against the non-application of table A, part II, n. 15, attached to Presidential Decree 633/1972 and the consequent illegitimate request for application by the tax office of the rate of 10% instead of 4% for some products made with soy flour, attributable to the more general category of oilseeds, which soybeans belong.
