Since January 1st, 2023, the supply and installation of certain photovoltaic systems has been subject to a new zero tax rate. After the tax authorities submitted a draft of a letter from the Federal Ministry of Finance on January 26, 2023, the final version of the letter from the Federal Ministry of Finance has now been published.
