The Deputy Minster of Finance jointly with the governor of IAPR have in a recent press release announced a Decision amending the myDATA law (L. 1138/2020), whereby the deadlines for transmitting certain data generated in 2021, 2022 and 2023 are postponed, thus giving business more time to collect the data and transmit them according to the myDATA specifications.
