On February 22, the President signed Laws No. 2906 and No. 2907 on the exemption from VAT and customs duties of: copters, thermal imagers, collimators, walkie-talkies and night vision devices. On February 23, the Laws were published in “Voice of Ukraine”. They began to operate on February 24
