The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the U.S. Commerce Department today released for publication in the Federal Register two final rules amending the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) entity list.
- The first final rule [PDF 322 KB] amends the EAR by adding 76 entities to the entity list under the designation of Russia. The rule also revises four existing entries under the designation of Russia.
