On February 25, 2023, the special excise duty on gas oil used as motor fuel will increase by EUR 10.7000 per 1,000 litres.
Consequently, the new special excise duty rates from that date are:
- for gas oil falling within CN codes 2710 19 46, 2710 19 47 and 2710 19 48, 2710 20 16 and 2710 20 19 with a sulfur content exceeding 10 mg/kg: EUR 315,0517 (EUR 304,3517 + 10,7000 EUR ) per 1,000 liters at 15°C;
- for gas oil falling within CN codes 2710 19 43 and 2710 20 11 with a sulfur content not exceeding 10 mg/kg: EUR 299.3421 ( EUR 288.6421 + EUR 10.7000 ) per 1,000 liters at 15°C.
