On February 7, 2023, the bill to modernize the VAT chain was introduced in the House (House St. Parl. No. 3128/001).
In addition to some fundamental changes in the area of VAT compliance and VAT refunds, the new bill also contains an important proposal to change the procedural rules for VAT.
