If you make sales to consumers (natural persons who do not run a business), you must, as a rule, record them using a cash register.
In some cases, however, exemptions from this obligation apply. They result from the provisions of the implementing regulations, which are valid only for the indicated period.
In 2023, the regulation issued at the end of 2021 is still in force.
